By booking with Maple Detail Pro, you agree to these terms. Provide accurate vehicle information and safe access to your driveway or workspace. Effective: 2025-01-18. Last updated: 2025-12-04.
Service Area
We serve within a 35 km radius of the booking location. Travel surcharges may apply beyond that radius.
Preparation
- Remove personal items and valuables from your vehicle.
- Provide keys and ensure battery has sufficient charge.
- Advise us of aftermarket components or sensitive areas.
Cancellations
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours prior to avoid fees. Severe weather exceptions apply. If we deem conditions unsafe (extreme cold, lightning, wildfire smoke advisories), we will reschedule at no cost.
- Less than 24 hours: 35% late-change fee of the quoted service.
- No-show after a 20-minute grace period: 60% fee to cover travel and reserved slot.
- Deposits are applied to the new date if rescheduled once; further changes may incur fees.
Liability
We are insured and follow safety protocols. Pre-existing damage will be documented before service. We do not accept liability for undisclosed mechanical or electronic issues.
Inspection
We document scratches, dents, chips, and interior conditions with photos at arrival and completion.
Limitations
- Stain or odour removal is not guaranteed if material damage is present.
- Waterless procedures may be used when required by building regulations.
- We use manufacturer-safe pH-balanced products and follow label instructions.
Payments
We accept major cards and e-transfers. All prices are in CAD and subject to applicable Canadian taxes. Payment is due upon completion unless stated otherwise on the invoice.
- Quotes may change if the vehicle condition materially differs from the booking description.
- Receipts are issued electronically. Please retain for warranty queries.
- Chargebacks for completed authorized work may be pursued through collections.
